TERMS AND CONDITIONS


REGISTRATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations and amendments must be received in writing to Alignment Event Solutions (isabella@alignmentevents.com.au). Cancellations by 23 April 2018 (30 days) will be accepted and fees refunded less 50% of the registration rate. No refunds will be authorised after 23 April 2018. Substitute participants are welcome. Should you cancel your registration by email and not receive a response within 24 hours, please call Alignment Event Solutions (02) 4267 2225.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation of accommodation must be made in writing directly to Alignment Event Solutions (isabella@alignmentevents.com.au). Cancellation of accommodation made after Monday 23 April 2018 may attract one full night's tariff. Transfer of accommodation booking to another person will be accepted.


CANCELLING TOURS

The full fee for your tour will be transferred to the independent tour company. Any cancellations will be subject to the tour company's cancellation policy. Please make all cancellations in writing directly to Alignment Event Solutions (isabella@alignmentevents.com.au) to ensure the best possible outcome as we may have delegates waitlisted for the specific tour.


LATE REGISTRATIONS

Registrations for the Ideaction.Oceania Conference will close Friday 25 May 2018. Late registrations will be accepted however late fees will apply and credit card payments will be accepted only. Alignment Event Solutions cannot guarantee availability for all activities due to popular demand. Alignment Event Solutions strongly recommend to register at your earliest convenience.


INSURANCE

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses.

The insurance should cover loss arising from cancellation of the conference by the organiser or a person's inability to attend due to any reason whatsoever. No responsibility is taken by the conference managers for any person not holding insurance.
